1. Furmentation:
Tobacco Patti is principal raw material. First process is that of furmentation, which is manually undertaken.

2. Drying:
Furmented Patties is collected and dried in open sky to remove moisture. The process depends upon the season.

3. Grinding:
Dried mass is taken for grinding. Grinding is undertaken with aid of pulvelizer and grinding mills, this process is also depend on season for out-put.

4. Sieving:
Grinded stuff is fed to rotating drum covered with required mash.

5. Mixing:
The process is by way of sprinkling chemical (perfume) in rotating chamber.

6. Packing:
(A) Packing from 10 gms, 50 gms, 100 gms, 500 gms, 1 kg and upto 10 kgs.
(B) Packing for 4 gms, 5 gms and 20 gms is by pouch packing machine.
